Our little walker!!! She is getting so fast, it's almost unbelievable....
Wonder what she is looking at???
Natalie talking on her 'cell phone'. She's so funny talking on that thing. She actually sounds like she's having a real conversation! She has such an imagination! And the conversations have something to do with whatever is going on with the family at the time. Around the time of Peter's graduation, her friends were all 'graduating' too.
Here is Alexis doing some exploring...
Natalie joined in the fun!
Natalie loves to push around the wheelbarrow.
We put Alexis in and she wasn't sure what to think.
She liked trying to push it herself better....
More wheelbarrow fun!
This is my favorite of them all today! She looks deep in thought!
Natalie is trying to catch a butterfly with her net in these last ones... she has so much fun with that net!
Sorry there were a lot of them. But in other things... Peter has gotten a call for the sherriff's deputy position he applied for. In three weeks, well about two and a half now, he's going in to do their written and physical tests. So he's been working pretty hard to get into shape for their written test. They were kind enough to include where he has to be at the time of the test. He has to run a 300 meter spring in 71 seconds or less, do over 21 push ups, over 30 sit ups in 60 seconds, and run a mile and a half in under 14 minutes 30 seconds. Based on his scores he gets points and he has to score a 160 just to pass (each section is worth 30-50 points). We tested where he is now without training for it and he's good on the running parts, he did the 300 meter in 66 seconds (which would score him 36.66 points) and he did the mile and a half run in 9 minutes and 41 seconds (which is totally off the chart so he'd get the full 50 points for that). As far as the pushups and situps he has a bit of work to do. But at least he knows what his goals are and has the time to work them up to where he needs to be. If he passes the written and physical tests, then he moves on to the psychological and background checks. And then we wait for him to get hired. They rank you based on scores and based on the scores is determines how soon he'll get hired, so needless to sat our goals is to get a score of 50 in all aspects of the physical exam! He seems really excited about this, which makes me excited for him!

I love all the pictures of the girls! I agree with you, the one of Alexis next to the wheelbarrow deep in thought is adorable! I love it!
I hope all goes well with Peter and the sheriff thing! That's awesome that he's doing so well - he should put his name in for a position in King County too - might not hurt. Get his name in more than one precinct (or would that be county for a sheriff's position?). Just an idea. I know for a fact they're hiring down here too - we have a KC Sheriff that lives in our loop - and there's a headquarters one mile from our house! LOL
